Run the tournament.
We'll run the bracket.
Run your volleyball tournaments and leagues in one place. Give your players one page for brackets, standings, results, and registration — and get paid before the first serve.
How it works
- 1
Create your page
Pick a name and URL — bracketbuddy.com/your-club — and connect Stripe to get paid.
- 2
Post an event
Add divisions, entry fees, and team caps for a tournament or a league season.
- 3
Run event day
Players register and pay, you build pools and brackets, and scores go live as you enter them.
Everything you need for event day
Tournaments
Pool play, single or double elimination, or pools into a playoff bracket — with scores entered set by set.
Leagues
Schedule a full season of weekly matches. Standings update as scores come in.
Registration & payment
Players pay you directly through Stripe. Spots are confirmed the moment they're paid.
History
Every final standing is saved, so your page keeps a wall of past champions.
Updates
Post court changes, weather calls, and bracket drops where your players already look.
Guest sign-up
Players can create a profile or register as a guest — no account required to play.
Pay only when your players do
BracketBuddy takes a small cut of each paid registration. No subscriptions, no setup fees, nothing to cancel.
- No monthly fee — free to set up
- Unlimited tournaments, leagues, and players
- Payments go straight to your Stripe account
- Free events are always free
